Artist statement
Creativity has always been my refuge – my mirror and my guide through the ever-changing nuances of life. As a trained behavioral scientist and CBT therapist, I have spent many years helping people discover their inner strength, live authentically, and create lives that feel both meaningful and fulfilling.
For three decades, I dedicated myself to leading teams and organizations, where I had the privilege of guiding people toward growth and success. Those were rewarding and educational years, but deep within me, there was always a longing – a quiet calling to leave the corporate world behind and embrace a new path more aligned with my authentic self.
I have always been drawn to people who don't quite fit into the ready-made molds - those who dare to go their own way. Those who think, feel, and see the world in ways that don't always follow what's expected. Those who ask the questions no one else dares to ask. Those who see the depth where others only see the surface. I want to be one of them.
My creative process is a journey of intuition and feeling. I work with mixed media such as acrylics, oils, ink, pastels, and paper. My works are often built layer by layer, where some elements emerge while others are hidden or completely erased. It is a dialogue between the predictable and the unexpected, where each layer tells a part of the story.
For me, art is more than just creation – it is a bridge to life itself. Each piece I create is an invitation to reconnect with the truth that already exists within us.
My hope is that my work will serve as a warm reminder that the most important journey we can take is the one that happens within ourselves. For there, deep inside, our essence is always waiting – open and ready to meet us when we are ready to return.
